Position Overview
The position will report directly to the CEO and Top Management from the Investor's company. This executive role is responsible for overseeing and managing global operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the airfreight sector, with a strong background in business operations and development within a forwarding company. This role will serve as a strategic leader and key liaison between senior leadership, stakeholders, regional management teams, and the corporate office, ensuring cohesive and efficient global management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives, in coordination with corporate leadership.
- Corporate Management: Collaborate closely with the corporate headquarters to ensure consistent governance, compliance, and strategic alignment across all global offices.
- Global Oversight: Manage and coordinate the operations of offices worldwide, ensuring standardized processes, best practices, and corporate policies are implemented and maintained.
- Airfreight Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge to enhance airfreight services, optimize supply chain logistics, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality; implement corrective actions as necessary.
