Inside Sales Representative
A leading global logistics provider is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This company specializes in air and ocean freight solutions across high-value sectors such as semiconductors, electronics, and automotive, and has recently expanded with a new logistics facility in the Eindhoven region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations for air and ocean freight (import, export, and cross-trade).
- Negotiate buying rates with carriers, airlines, and other logistics partners.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover of new business.
- Maintain and track quotation success rates and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and support lead generation through cold calling and appointment setting.
- Assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, and internal cost overviews.
- Actively contribute to gross margin growth through account development and new business.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales support, ideally with both air and ocean freight.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and data tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
