We are seeking a National Business Development Manager to spearhead commercial growth within our Fashion & Lifestyle vertical across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This is a high-impact role for an experienced logistics professional with a strong network and proven sales success in the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting key Fashion & Lifestyle brands and retailers.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight solutions.
Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on logistics solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, account management) to deliver tailored, high-quality service offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies accordingly.
What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years of business development experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Fashion & Lifestyle.
Strong understanding of supply chains, customs, and multimodal freight solutions.
A strong network of decision-makers in the Benelux Fashion & Lifestyle sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
