Process and Project Engineer

We are currently partnered with an international industry leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, known for producing a wide range of pharmaceutical products including biopharmaceuticals, ADCs, and small molecules, are looking for their next Process and Project Engineer to join their team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the global engineering team for the planning and start-up of plants and units on site.

Key Responsibilities as Process and Project Engineer

  • Plant design and execution of projects with both internal and external engineering partners up until, and including, plant start-up.
  • Responsibility for commissioning and system acceptance, with the participation of these system tests in line with internal engineering disciplines.
  • Additional tasks and ad-hoc projects required by the Engineering team.

Required Skills

  • Process Experience: Within the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries as a Project and Process Engineer - ideally within Infrastructure/Plant Construction/Plant Design
  • Language Skills: Must be Business Fluent in German and have a good level of English
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor/Master degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Attitude: Willing to take on new challenges and drive results while maintaining quality standards
