Role Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across Northern Italy and selected European markets. You will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions to pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma logistics sector.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within pharmaceutical logistics.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and regulatory requirements in pharma logistics.
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region and internationally.
