Base Salary Range: $100K-$115K
Join a leading U.S. homebuilding organization responsible for manufacturing operations nationwide, focused on building a strong safety culture and driving consistent, compliant safety practices across all plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise‑wide manufacturing safety strategy and execution
- Standardize safety onboarding, training, audits, and accident management
- Ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, reporting consistency, and trend‑based mitigation
- Conduct multi‑site inspections and oversee third‑party safety audits
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Develop and maintain company‑wide safety plans, policies, and best practices
- Support and develop plant safety leaders and coordinators
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in manufacturing/industrial environments
- 5+ years in safety leadership roles
- Strong OSHA/regulatory expertise across multi‑site operations
- Proven ability to influence plant leadership and drive behavioral change
- OSHA‑30 preferred
