Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales processes, tools, and analytics to support revenue growth and operational efficiency within the semiconductor manufacturing space. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving pipeline visibility, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting tools.
  • Streamline sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee CRM system administration, data integrity, and user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with production capacity and customer demand.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract management, and deal desk operations.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales enablement, territory planning, and quota setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced analytics training preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor industry dynamics, sales cycles, and customer requirements.
