Operating across more than 30 countries, the company offers a full spectrum of transportation and logistics solutions. These include road, sea, rail, air, groupage, and intermodal transport, as well as value‑added services such as customs support and cargo insurance.
With a strong focus on sustainable development and green logistics, our client continue to grow and looking for a Sales Specialist to strengthen their team.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling
- Sell road transportation services as the core product; knowledge of ocean, air, or rail services is a strong advantage
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions
- Conduct professional business negotiations
- Prepare and present commercial offers
- Demonstrate strong industry and product expertise across logistics solutions
- Use the CRM system to document activities, prepare proposals, process orders, and manage sales pipelines
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What You Bring
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service is an advantage
- Excellent command of German and English
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- A proactive and responsible working style
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
