Senior Process Engineering Manager
The Senior Process Engineering Manager is responsible for shaping cost‑reduction strategies and delivering data‑driven recommendations while ensuring all company quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met. This role partners closely with Manufacturing Operations to identify process inefficiencies, remove waste, and implement sustainable improvements that align operational performance with financial objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all technical aspects of plastic injection molding operations, including process optimization, issue resolution, and equipment reliability.
- Direct and develop a team responsible for designing, qualifying, and successfully deploying manufacturing processes and production equipment on the shop floor.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the manufacturing organization.
- Establish the team's strategic direction while providing hands‑on guidance to ensure performance aligns with budgetary and operational targets.
- Mentor and support team members in applying Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to leverage data in solving complex manufacturing challenges.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to influence decision‑making across Maintenance, Tooling, R&D, and New Product Development teams.
- Evaluate new product and process transfers thoroughly, collaborating with stakeholders to define next steps when requirements are not fully achieved.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving manufacturing environment.
- Define and communicate a long‑term (3-5 year) vision for the team in partnership with cross‑functional leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Working knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
- Proven experience managing and developing teams of engineers
- Background supporting high‑volume manufacturing operations
