Role Overview
A global manufacturing group is searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead two major greenfield production line installations, high‑impact capital projects that will shape future production capability. This position is deeply strategic, focused on designing, planning, and delivering entirely new manufacturing setups from concept through to commissioning.
You will act as the primary owner of two large‑scale CapEx programmes with extensive external stakeholder engagement and international vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of two full new production line installations with budgets totalling €30-35M.
- Oversee engineering design reviews, supplier selection, procurement, FAT/SAT activities, and commissioning.
- Manage international suppliers across Europe.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including engineering, operations, supply chain, safety, and finance.
- Build project governance frameworks and risk plans for high‑value investments.
- Drive project execution through construction, installation, testing, and go‑live stages.
- Act as the central point of accountability for timeline, cost, and technical performance.
What You Bring
- Significant experience managing large capital expenditure projects.
- Strong understanding of machinery integration and high‑speed manufacturing lines.
- Background in FMCG, F&B or general food manufacturing.
- Ability to navigate complex setups with multiple international stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Greenfield experience is an advantage but not required if you bring strong CapEx leadership.
