Senior Reliability Engineer
Are you passionate about maximizing equipment reliability and improving operational efficiency? We're looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our maintenance team at a leading food manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll provide technical support for maintenance strategies, leveraging data analysis and predictive technologies to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
What You'll Do:
Lead the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) program, including strategy development based on failure modes and risk analysis.
Manage and continuously improve the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CbM) initiatives.
Oversee the Asset Criticality Analysis process to prioritize and protect essential equipment.
Drive Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME) and Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) efforts.
Support equipment commissioning and validate performance upon installation.
Analyze historical data and equipment condition to reduce repetitive failures.
Calculate asset life-cycle costs and determine lifespan expectations for critical machinery.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
5+ years of maintenance or reliability experience in an industrial setting
Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and software
Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams
Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular standing and walking, with occasional climbing, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). You must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Visual acuity for close-up work, depth perception, and color differentiation is essential.
