Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Facilities
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead sourcing initiatives for their Facilities Services category. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings and operational efficiencies across facilities-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for facilities services aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFP/RFI development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery, sustainability, and supplier innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to facilities spend.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CPSM preferred).
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with at least 3 years focused on facilities services.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and value through strategic sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
