About the Company: Our client is a global leader in logistics and port operations, providing integrated solutions across various industries. They specialize in warehousing, transport, distribution, and value-added services, ensuring efficient and innovative supply chain management.
They are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join their team in Belgium or the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth in the commercial commodities, food, and feed sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize processes and systems.
Qualifications:
3-4 years in the commercial commodities, food, and feed markets.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics processes and systems is advantageous.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in logistics business development.
  • Education: Master's degree, ideally in fields such as economics, logistics, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
