A leading design-build and systems integration firm is seeking a Buyer to join its dynamic procurement team. This organization supports complex infrastructure projects across federal, commercial, and secure environments, with a strong focus on electrical systems, automation, and critical power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services across multiple project sites.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
