Continuous Improvement Manager
Join a dynamic manufacturing facility as the Continuous Improvement Manager, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and embed a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This role is pivotal in implementing performance systems and fostering a zero-loss mindset across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion performance improvement methodologies and serve as a subject matter expert in operational excellence tools and practices.
- Actively contribute as a member of the site leadership team, guiding engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to align with strategic improvement goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify top performance losses and lead initiatives to address root causes.
- Partner with site leadership to define and execute improvement priorities.
- Evaluate the facility's readiness for adopting advanced performance practices and integrate them accordingly.
- Lead reliability enhancement initiatives, including action planning and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop, implement, and sustain standardized work processes.
- Promote autonomous maintenance practices and ensure operational consistency.
- Support various improvement pillars such as workplace organization, safety, planned maintenance, and focused improvement.
- Mentor team members through hands-on coaching, audits, and feedback sessions to enhance process ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Facilitate training in communication, root cause analysis, and decision-making frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
- Proven ability to lead teams through structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with production systems and maintenance operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and manage complex variables.
