Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + Bonus
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) | Travel as Needed

The Electrical Engineer Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Design Engineers and Virtual Design professionals.
- Oversee project workloads, team performance, and employee development.
- Drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects throughout preconstruction and design phases.
- Review project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Clients, and Subcontractors.
- Lead project coordination meetings and technical discussions.
- Support value engineering efforts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction, engineering, or virtual design experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable building codes.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
