Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor

E&I and Utilities Supervisor

Location: Greater Kentucky Area (On-site)

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus (10%)

About:

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a growing industrial manufacturing company seeking an E&I and Utilities Supervisor to lead electrical, instrumentation, and utility operations within a highly regulated production environment. This position will be responsible for driving safety, reliability, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team that supports critical plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 15 Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Utilities teams in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing facility.
  • Drive plant reliability, maintenance execution, and utility system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements.
  • Oversee critical systems including electrical distribution, instrumentation, boilers, water treatment, reverse osmosis, and wastewater operations.
  • Develop and mentor technicians and operators while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and utilities management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing facility preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, boilers, water treatment, reverse osmosis, and wastewater treatment.
  • Experience with SAP, DeltaV, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
