What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow relationships with key strategic accounts across the Northeast region
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer organizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing technical and commercial guidance on flexible packaging solutions
- Partner with internal teams across operations, customer service, product development, and leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, strategic account planning, and long-term growth initiatives
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, sustainability initiatives, and competitive activity within the packaging industry
- Drive revenue growth while strengthening customer partnerships and expanding market share
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years experience selling products within the flexible packaging industry (required)
- Strong understanding of films, lamination's, barrier packaging, pouches, rollstock, or related packaging structures
- Demonstrated success developing strategic customer relationships and growing revenue within complex accounts
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and influence decisions at various organizational levels
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented selling approach
- Self-motivated professional capable of operating independently in a remote environment
