Für ein international aufgestelltes Produktionsunternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie in der Nähe von Bielefeld suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Bereich HSE/EHS.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines standortübergreifenden HSE Teams
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits-, Umwelt- und Energiemanagement
- Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von HSE Standards über mehrere Werke hinweg
- Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Werkleitungen
- Steuerung von Umwelt- und Energieprogrammen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung für Managementsysteme, Audits und behördliche Anforderungen
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von Energieeffizienz- und Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HSE/EHS in einem produzierenden Umfeld
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse der relevanten Managementsysteme (z. B. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
- Erfahrung mit Audits, Behördenkommunikation und Compliance-Themen
- Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität
