With significant investment into data centre infrastructure and mission-critical logistics operations, the business is expanding its leadership team at a newly established site in the Frankfurt region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams within a warehouse and logistics environment
• Drive employee engagement, motivation and performance management initiatives
• Ensure operational targets and customer expectations are consistently achieved
• Manage workflow planning and resource allocation across the operation
• Monitor and improve productivity, quality and service performance
• Act as a key point of contact between operations and customer representatives
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
• Support operational problem-solving and escalation management
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational and quality standards
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational excellence
• Work closely with supervisors and support functions to drive business performance
• Provide leadership during periods of fluctuating operational demand
• Support onboarding, training and development of employees
• Maintain a visible and active presence on the warehouse floor

• Full driving licence

This role operates across a two-shift model and requires a visible on-site presence. Flexibility is important due to changing business demands and occasional fluctuations in operational volumes.
