Maintenance Supervisor

A leading Food & Beverage manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Twin Falls, Idaho.

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, optimize asset utilization, and uphold safety and quality standards across the facility.

Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000


Responsibilities

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and internal specifications.
  • Assign and coordinate work orders using the CMMS system, monitor progress, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment, providing technical guidance to the maintenance team.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs for assigned shifts, ensuring audits and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate on staffing plans, participate in hiring, and onboard new team members.
  • Support rebuilds, repairs, and special projects to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures, GMP, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, food safety, and quality programs (HAACP, SQF).
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CMMS systems.
