Manufacturing Engineering Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in driving operational excellence across our production facilities. This role is critical in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and high-quality output in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to support production goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Operations.
- Oversee equipment selection, installation, and maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in consumer goods or high-volume production environments.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
