Salary: $140,000-$210,000 + 25% annual bonus
Summary:
We are proud to partner with a leading food and agriculture organization seeking a Multi‑site Engineering Manager to oversee capital planning, project execution, and technical initiatives across several poultry processing facilities. This role is responsible for guiding cross‑functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring consistent operational and infrastructure performance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering strategies that support safety, compliance, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with operations teams to deliver capital projects involving facility upgrades, equipment installations, utilities, and production systems.
- Build and manage multi‑year capital budgets, project timelines, risk assessments, and scope documentation.
- Ensure facility infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility systems, meets operational and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor project managers, and maintain accurate plant layouts and equipment documentation.
- Collaborate with safety, quality, maintenance, operations, and environmental teams across all supported sites.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Agricultural or related
- 10+ years of engineering or capital project management experience, including leadership oversight, scheduling, negotiation, and problem‑solving.
- Experience in protein manufacturing - poultry strongly preferred
