Position: Product Manager, Power & Thermal Solutions

Position Summary

Seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, growth, and lifecycle management of power and thermal product portfolios across North America. This role will serve as the product champion, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, applications, channel partners, and customers to drive market adoption, revenue growth, and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year growth plans.
  • Manage product roadmaps, pricing, lifecycle planning, and new product introductions.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and product requirements.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement tools, and training programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to launch and support products.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and standards organizations.
  • Support customer-facing activities, technical documentation, and product training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience within power electronics, thermal management, industrial automation, or related technologies.
  • Experience with products such as AC/DC and DC/DC converters, inverters, battery systems, motor drives, industrial chargers, fans, liquid cooling systems, pumps, or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, market analysis, and go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and business development skills.
  • Experience serving industrial markets such as material handling, energy, packaging, food & beverage, off-highway vehicles, manufacturing, or oil & gas preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%.
