As the Process Engineer, you will…
- Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and R&D
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations
- Support new product introductions and scale-up from pilot to full production
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
As the Process Engineer, you should have…
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (food & beverage preferred)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
