We're seeking a Production Manager with expertise in fluid milk processing to lead operations at our state-of-the-art facility. If you're passionate about food safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily milk processing: pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation
- Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards
- Lead and coach production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals
- Manage CIP systems and sanitation protocols
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and logistics
What You Bring
- 5+ years in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
