Production Manager
One of our clients in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team. This person will lead daily production and packaging operations, drive safety, efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction while managing front-line leaders and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead production, packaging, and scaling operations to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and audit requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Warehouse, HR, and Operations leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through SOP development, process standardization, and corrective actions.
- Support workforce management, production planning, and efficient raw material utilization.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of food manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, Lean principles, and cross-functional collaboration.
