The company is seeking Production Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations at a key site in the Mississippi area. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in manufacturing who can drive safety, productivity, and team performance.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Providing daily operational leadership for production teams with a strong emphasis on safety
- Leading, coaching, and supporting employees to maintain a high‑performing and engaged workforce
- Meeting targets across productivity, quality, cost control, and operating efficiency
- Partnering with maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts
- Managing shift communication, documentation, and accurate reporting within computer‑based systems
- Maintaining consistent standards in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment
The ideal Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute within a collaborative team environment
