Location: Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid)
A Consumer Goods and Pet Care Products Manufacturing Company is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Affairs with deep expertise in the pesticide industry. This role will oversee regulatory compliance for pesticide products (e.g., topicals, collars, shampoos) across North America, serving as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
This is a hybrid position based at the company's corporate headquarters in Secaucus, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory and label compliance for pesticide products in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Oversee product registrations, renewals, adverse effect tracking, and labeling
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams to facilitate regulatory submissions
- Monitor regulatory databases and industry publications to assess competitive activity
- Lead adverse effect reporting and ensure compliance with federal and international standards
- Resolve compliance issues and respond to inquiries from internal teams and agencies
- Review and approve advertising and product label copy
- Stay current on regulatory changes and advise internal stakeholders
- Represent the company in trade associations and contribute to SDS development
- Participate in public information review committees for pesticide-related content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Entomology, or related field
- 7+ years of regulatory affairs experience in the pesticide consumer products industry
- Strong knowledge of FIFRA and North American pesticide regulations
- Experience with NPIRS and PPLS systems
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven leadership and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of animal feed regulatory compliance is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
