The Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team in a continuous manufacturing environment.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
- Partner with Operations to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering accountability and problem-solving.
- Promote a strong safety culture through hazard identification and risk reduction initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance best practices.
- Utilize CMMS tools to manage work orders, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, cost reduction, and asset life extension.
The Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications:
- Experience leading and developing maintenance, skilled trades, or technical teams.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environments.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with industrial controls including PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
- Experience within packaging, corrugated, paper, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
- Technical education or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
