SaaS Solutions - Singapore Enterprise Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead enterprise new business development across the APAC region. This role is focused on acquiring and developing relationships with large, complex organisations and closing high-value, solution-oriented deals.
The position is primarily an individual contributor role, owning the full enterprise sales cycle, with the opportunity to evolve into a player-manager role as the regional business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise New Business Development
- Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle across APAC, from prospecting and lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline via direct outreach, LinkedIn/SNS, industry events, referrals, and partner channels
- Develop trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, delivering tailored, value-based client presentations
- Lead complex RFP, tender, and multi-stakeholder procurement processes
- Act as a senior commercial representative at relevant industry events and executive forums
Solution & Portfolio Selling
- Sell a portfolio of enterprise solutions, including SaaS platforms and advisory-led offerings, aligned to each client's business priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, customer success) across multiple regions to shape enterprise proposals
- Translate business, regulatory, and operational challenges into compelling commercial solutions
Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, and ecosystem partners across APAC
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM systems
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise sales processes
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones
Future Leadership Opportunity
- As the business scales, this role may grow into a regional leadership position with responsibility for building and managing an APAC sales team
Candidate Profile
Required
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience
- Proven track record in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong experience selling solution-based or platform-led offerings to large organisations
- Comfortable engaging C-level executives across procurement, finance, operations, and strategy functions
- Highly self-directed, commercially disciplined, and data-driven in pipeline management
- Fluent in English; based in Singapore or willing to relocate, with regional APAC travel flexibility
Preferred
- Background in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or solutions-led environments
- Experience working with regulated industries or compliance-driven buying processes
- Exposure to partnership-led go-to-market models
- Existing enterprise network across APAC
- Additional Asian language capabilities are an advantage
- Prior team leadership experience is a plus
