Sales Manager, OEM Accounts

A global electronics company is seeking a Sales Manager, OEM Accounts to drive growth across key industrial markets including HVAC/R, Pool & Spa, Food & Beverage, and other OEM segments. Reporting to the Senior Manager of OEM Sales, this role is responsible for developing and executing account strategies, expanding market share, and managing rep firm relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within assigned OEM accounts.
- Engage with customers at the design level to support product integration and uncover new application opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Manage and motivate a network of Manufacturer Rep Firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product management, and quality to support customer needs.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and drive new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Proven sales experience in electronics or industrial markets.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R and OEM customer bases in the Western U.S.
- Experience working with Manufacturer Rep Firms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Self-driven, high-energy, and results-oriented.
