Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the sales process, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling revenue growth within the semiconductor manufacturing space. This role bridges sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions to ensure efficient operations, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
- Streamline sales processes and implement tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities and market demand.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
