We're seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, enhance safety, and increase efficiency.
- Lead capital projects from concept through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
- Develop and modify procedures to support new equipment, technologies, and process changes.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot chronic issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement and 5S.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a chemical manufacturing environment, with a strong background in process engineering and project management.
