Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives across packaging, finished goods, and new product launches.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships while driving cost, quality, and service improvements.
- Partner with Product Development, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Operations to bring new products to market.
- Identify savings opportunities, negotiate supplier agreements, and monitor market trends.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity across a global supplier network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain.
- Experience managing contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers; beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex challenges.
