Supply Chain Transformation Manager (Sourcing Office)
You will play a key role in building scalable, data-driven platforms that enhance end-to-end visibility, improve supplier collaboration, and deliver measurable cost and efficiency gains.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Systems & Digital Transformation
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain systems, including order management, shipment tracking, and supplier platforms
- Drive automation and process redesign initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and improve operational performance
- Integrate multiple systems (e.g. sourcing platforms, logistics providers, finance systems) into a unified ecosystem to enable seamless data flow
Supplier & Platform Enablement
- Develop and manage digital supplier solutions (e.g. supplier portals) to enhance collaboration, transparency, and data accuracy
- Work closely with suppliers across APAC to improve system adoption and operational alignment
Process Optimisation & Cost Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across procurement, logistics, and inventory planning
- Deliver measurable business impact through cost reduction, efficiency gains, and service level improvement
Stakeholder & Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across sourcing, logistics, finance, and operations teams
- Define project scope, success metrics, and governance frameworks
- Drive alignment between regional and global stakeholders
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Ensure high-quality data management across supply chain systems
- Leverage data and reporting to improve decision-making, cost visibility, and operational transparency
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing digital supply chain systems (e.g. order management, shipment systems or supplier platforms)
- Strong track record in driving transformation projects with measurable impact (cost savings, efficiency gains, service improvements)
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams across Asia
- Fluency of Chinese and English is a must
