Lead Critical Utilities Operations in a High-Impact Manufacturing Environment

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Utilities team, driving safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the reliability and efficiency of steam, power, compressed air, and water systems.
- Improve energy consumption, water usage, asset reliability, and utility performance.
- Manage utility budgets, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and capital projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to drive performance improvements, manage budgets, and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with industrial utility systems, including:
- Boilers and steam systems
- Water treatment systems
- Electrical distribution
- Compressed air systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000-$160,000
