Drive Continuous Improvement and serve as the Problem Solving Champion at the site. Lead cross-functional teams in Continuous Improvement projects, collaborating with site operations, quality teams, and engineering resources. Implement new processes, products, and packaging.
Requirements:
- BS Degree Required
- Up to 3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Key responsibilities:
- Bethe site champion for Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement,
- Support operations in standard creation
- Evaluating performance against KPI targets
- Lead performance improvement initiatives
- Ensuring successful implementation of new elements on site
