Continuous Improvement Engineer
Being the World's #1 Brand in their space, this organization is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence initiatives across a high-volume production environment!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement events, including Kaizen initiatives, value stream mapping, loss elimination, and process optimization projects.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies cross functionally.
- Train and support employees on Lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead and execute projects that support annual operational improvement and cost reduction goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
