DSJ Global just partnered up with one of the most innovative building materials manufacturer in the nation! The team is looking for a Facilities Engineer Team Lead located near Des Moines, Iowa. In this position, you will be responsible for providing building facility oversight, conducting facility assessments and audits, and to manage and implement new and existing facility improvements.
Facilities Engineer Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Managing HVAC, electrical, fire protection, water/sewer systems, parking, and grounds
- Providing great communication and strong leadership
- Being a key decision maker in getting possible new plants established
- Work and collaborate with Senior Leadership
- Evaluate and apply engineering principles to create necessary plant modifications
Facilities Engineer Team Lead Qualifications:
- Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Electrical, etc.)
- 3-5+ years of experience with building expansion and facility improvement
- 1-2+ years of managerial experience
