Maintenance Manager
Join a growing manufacturing operation producing high-volume consumer products in a fast-paced production environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead a maintenance organization through a significant transformation focused on reliability, systems, processes, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a maintenance team of 27 employees, including supervisors, mechanics, planners, parts coordinators, and controls technicians.
- Overhaul and improve maintenance systems, PM programs, processes, and asset reliability initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on equipment uptime, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Partner with operations and plant leadership to identify gaps and execute improvement plans.
- Coach and develop supervisors and frontline maintenance personnel.
- Lead change management initiatives and help teams adopt new systems and processes.
- Manage maintenance budgets, KPIs, and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing maintenance operation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Experience leading maintenance teams in food & beverage, packaging, consumer products, or other industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
- Proven ability to improve processes, develop teams, and lead through organizational change.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and PLC-controlled systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field preferred.
