The Opportunity
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and CMMS activities within a high-volume manufacturing facility. This individual will play a key role in maximizing equipment up-time, improving maintenance processes, supporting capital projects, and developing maintenance team capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys driving reliability initiatives, improving plant performance, and partnering closely with operations teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Manufacturing, packaging, or food & beverage background
- Strong CMMS experience
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise
- Preventive maintenance program experience
- Capital project experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to support off-shift or weekend operations
