Job Description:
As our new Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations at our state-of-the-art facility located in Vietnam. Reporting directly to senior management, this role requires strong leadership skills as well as expertise across multiple areas including project management, quality control assurance and cost optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing daily activities related to production processes
- Developing operational plans that align with business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives aimed towards increasing efficiency
and reducing costs
Qualifications/Requirements:
To succeed in this exciting opportunity we require candidates who possess;
* 7+ years' experience working within manufacturing roles.
* A bachelor's degree or higher education qualification preferably focused on engineering or similar technical field.
* Proven ability leading diverse teams while driving results-oriented outcomes.
* Strong communication abilities both verbal/written English proficiency (Mandatory) Mandarin Language Skills(Preferred).
