Senior Chemical Engineer (M/F/D) for Medical Device Manufacturing in Poppendorf
DSJ Global is currently looking to recruit a highly experienced and skilled Senior Chemical Engineer (M/F/D) on behalf of our client, a leading medical device manufacturer based in the beautiful city of Poppendorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of chemistry production within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Chemical Engineer
- Experience with raw materials & manufacturing process optimization.
Skills:
Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process Optimization:
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge about optimizing raw material procurement and utilization techniques that help improve product quality while reducing costs through lean methodologies.
Polymer Mixing expertise:
Expertise over Polymer mixing methods such as extrusion-based method, emulsion polymerization etc., possessing good understanding regarding various types like thermoplastic elastomers( TPE), Polyethylene terephthalate(PETP)
Data Analysis skills :
Candidates must possess excellent analytical skills using tools such as R/Python/MATLAB/SAS/SPSS etc..
Impacts Of Raw Materials On Production Line: Ability to identify potential impacts resulting from changes made within an existing production line due introduction of new chemicals.
