The ideal candidate for this position offers direct experience working with thin film and laser diodes. The main responsibilities of the position includes the following:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement teams with a lean Six Sigma focus - reducing process time and increasing yield
- Work directly with laser diodes and thin film on process optimization projects
- Set up and monitor statistical processes and control (SPC) charts
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and 5S programs
- 3+ years working with thin film and/or laser diodes
