We are seeking an experienced Director of Procurement to head up the Procurement department at an industry leading Electronics company, with over 3,000 employees. As a Director of Procurement, you will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Leadership and knowledge to the Procurement team.
- Maintain and establish key supplier relations and supplier negotiations.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and contracts.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years Procurement experience.
- Ability to communicate with both national and global suppliers.
- Provide leadership skills.
- Proven track record of supplier relationship experience.
- Proven cross-functional experience.
Additional Information
- Previously worked with Electronics.
Good understanding of German.
