DSJ Global is partnering with a leading food and beverage company to find an experienced quality supervisor. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, along with USDA experience, RTE , BRCGS Audit Certification, and HACCP Certification.

BRCGS V.9 Training Certification

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must possess skills such as problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, which are essential attributes required for this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
1) Monitor the production process regularly, ensuring that quality standards are met according to industry regulations.
2) Ensure compliance against all relevant regulatory authorities, including -USDA Experience,RTE,BRCGS audit certification,HACCP certification,BRCG5 v.9 training certification, etc.,
3) Manage subordinates effectively by providing clear instructions while delegating tasks appropriately based on their strengths/expertise levels;
4) Continuously develop procedures/processes aimed at enhancing product safety measures whilst reducing risk factors within our operations;
Salary :
$85k-$95,000 commensurate with qualifications/experience level .
