The EH&S and Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for...

  • Supporting day-to-day facility operations, maintenance activities, and building upkeep across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments
  • Performing routine facility repairs including minor carpentry, painting, furniture assembly, ceiling tile replacement, and general maintenance
  • Assisting with office moves, workspace setup, facility improvement projects, and contractor coordination
  • Conducting facility and safety inspections, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, eyewash stations, spill kits, and related equipment
  • Supporting environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety requirements
  • Assisting with incident investigations, corrective action tracking, and continuous safety improvement initiatives
  • Participating in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, safety observations
  • Supporting employee safety training, onboarding, emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, and evacuation exercises
  • Assisting with hazardous waste management, chemical inventory control, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) administration
  • Maintaining facility, maintenance, inspection, training, and compliance documentation
  • Supporting shipping, receiving, material handling, and general facility logistics as needed
  • Identifying facility and safety concerns and recommending corrective actions
  • Traveling between multiple facilities to support maintenance and EH&S initiatives

The EH&S and Facilities Coordinator should have the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree, technical certification, trade school training, or coursework in Facilities, Safety, Maintenance, Construction, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, EH&S, manufacturing, construction trades, or a related environment
  • Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general maintenance practices
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • OSHA or other EH&S-related certifications are a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
