Ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen sucht einen erfahrenen Regional Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager (m/w/d) für die Verantwortung der SHE-Strategie innerhalb der europäischen Organisation. In dieser strategischen Führungsrolle gestalten Sie aktiv Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltstandards und arbeiten eng mit dem internationalen Management zusammen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen SHE-Strategie in Abstimmung mit globalen Vorgaben.
- Beratung von Führungskräften und Steuerung von SHE-Gremien auf regionaler Ebene.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen.
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltprogramme an verschiedenen Standorten.
- Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur durch Trainings, Kommunikation und Führungsinitiativen.
- Steuerung von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten zur Reduzierung von Umweltauswirkungen.
- Definition relevanter KPIs sowie Erstellung von Management-Reports und Dashboards.
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 10+ Jahre) im SHE-/HSE-Umfeld innerhalb industrieller Produktions- oder Prozessindustrien.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltmanagement und Risikomanagement.
- Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsmanagementsystemen sowie operativen Industrieprozessen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Entscheidungs- und Führungskompetenz.
- Studium im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
