Salary: $95,000+ base salary + 20% bonus

This opportunity is based at their Duluth, Georgia manufacturing facility and offers broad responsibility across Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety, Security, Business Continuity, and Capital Projects. Reporting directly to site leadership, this individual will play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and inspection-ready operation while supporting future growth initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading all facility operations, maintenance programs, and infrastructure management activities for a regulated manufacturing site
* Managing environmental, health, and safety programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
* Overseeing business continuity planning, emergency response programs, and disaster recovery procedures
* Conducting safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
* Supporting FDA, ISO 13485, customer, and internal audits related to facility operations and infrastructure
* Managing facility improvement projects, renovations, expansions, contractor oversight, and capital investments
* Overseeing facility security programs including badge access, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor management
* Managing facility budgets, forecasting expenditures, and identifying cost-saving initiatives
* Partnering with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to maintain an inspection-ready environment
What they're looking for:
* 5-7+ years of facilities, EHS, engineering, operations, or manufacturing leadership experience in a regulated environment
* Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and emergency preparedness programs
* Experience supporting medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated manufacturing operations
* Hands-on experience managing facility infrastructure, maintenance programs, contractors, and capital projects
* Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, and facility operations
* Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, EHS, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
